Spalted Sycamore Potpourri Pot

A beautiful Potpourri pot made from Spalted Sycamore Wood with a Pewter Rose lid.

This pot is made from Spalted Sycamore and has a lovely pattern in the wood showing the light spalting and ray flecked pattern that is so pronounced in Sycamore, giving it a unique look. Wood turners especially prize spalted pieces since the turning process reveals more of the spalted effect and this peice is one of my favourites.

The pot is hand finished to a silky smooth high quality with wax to protect it from handling, which you will want to do due to how tactile this pot is. There is a Pewter lid with a rose design on that is perforated to allow the scent of potpourri out.

The pot size is approx 4" diameter x 3.5" high
